Our trip to Deposit and much more....
HI!! We are back from Deposit and it was full of good and bad things. Good things!!!!! I saw my friend, April, who I hadn't seen in 7 years. I can't even begin to tell you how great that was. We talked like no time had passed at all. It was nice to be there with her, being with someone who truely understands you. When I think about it I get teary. MISS APRIL, I LOVE YOU!! April also has PCOS and has be unable to get pregnant, so if you pray, please pray for her. Uncle Tom let us stay at his house, which is always nice....he gives up his ultra comfy bed!! Jeremy's dad is doing good and moving along fixing up their house. I just wished there was more we could do to help. Aidan was awfully excited to see his Gamma and Grandpa. He was also excited that they had soooooooooo many cars and trucks. Aidan played along side cousin Austin (who is 3 months older). They both did job sharing, although you could tell they wanted everything to themselves. Aidan also got to play with Collin his older cousin. We went to eat at a place called Texas Roadhouse Steakhouse, which was really good. It was a cross between coyote ugly and outback steakhouse. They don't dance on the bar, but they do dance in the aisles. There was 11 of us including the 4 children, quite an adventure. But all and all everyone behaved. The whole trip down in rained, so that kinda sucked. The way back was great except for the fact that i hate to be in a car for so long. I also hate being a passenger for that long, so I have decided it is best for Jeremy and I not to talk for periods of time. I just get on his nerves by telling him...That car has it brakes on, don't you think you are going to fast, why are you in the passing lane, blah blah, blah!!!
SO, i have been back to work for a week and have decided Natalie and I don't see eye to eye. We are still working on her napping in her crib, not going as well as planned. We have made a little progress.......she will nap once or twice a day in there (a half hour at a time). The rest of her naps are on me or in the swing. You gotta do what you gotta do, right?
Jeremy's days at the Inn are winding down....only 15 days left until they close. He will work another week or so cleaning up the kitchen area and getting it ready for demo. It is a very sad situation!!!! A couple of job leads. I will disclose that information if it all pans out. If anyone hears of any place looking for an Executive or a Sous Chef let us know!!!
My Mom and Dad are back in town. They were on vacation for 2 weeks. They went to Bar Harbor and then to Canada. I missed seeing them and Aidan called for "Mimi" more than a few times.
That's it for now!!!! XOXO!!
